4 week Performance Training Block – First you tell us what you are training for (Crossfit Competition, Olympic Weightlifting, Mountain Climbing, Triathalon, Football, Soccer, etc), the more specific the better. Then we will provide you with our specific fitness tests so we can accurately Reverse Engineer a program based on your current abilities and desired goals. You will receive a 20 workout template that is specific to you that will push you to the next level. This template can be used over and over again until you are no longer progressing or you need more variety.
