At Off The Grid Fit we have created an eight-week plan Obstacle Course Racing plan targeted approach from the beginner to entry level into the OCR competitive arena. This plan will get you there.
If you can run 1 mile and do 5 pushups, then this program will build you up over 8 weeks to give you the endurance and strength needed to complete your event. It is a complete plan to prepare you for any course from 3-8 miles. It covers everything from speed, strength, endurance, balance, stability and race-specific skills.
This program is divided into four training categories – Running, lifting, bodyweight mastery, and weighted carries
