Everyone is asymmetrical. Get used to it, but don’t accept it. Your bodies are in a constant state of break down and rebuilding. you should always strive for symmetry knowing that you will never truly attain it. But along the way you will develop a much more resilient body that will significantly reduce your risk for injury and overuse.

At OTGF We are constantly striving to balance all the muscular systems in the body from the anterior chain and posterior chains to the right quadrant and the left quadrant to the rotational and the specific joint coupling forces.
